Huma Charity Challenge is a division of the World Expeditions Travel Group (WETG), which consists of an innovative range of brands that offer diverse holiday experiences for the many varied interests and segments of the international adventure travel market, catering to all travellers' appetites. 

We are an independently owned, Australian adventure travel company. 

The company's heritage dates back to 1975 when they launched their inaugural trekking holidays in Nepal under their former name, Australian Himalayan Expeditions. In the years that followed, they expanded their operations into other Himalayan destinations as well as South America, Asia, Africa, Australia and pioneered school group trips to Nepal in the mid 1980's. To reflect the broader range of adventure holidays on offer, Australian Himalayan Expeditions was renamed World Expeditions in the late 80s.

Since their inception, they have practiced a simple philosophy; to provide high quality adventure holidays for small groups of like-minded travellers with a strong alignment to responsible tourism practice and a commitment to supporting local communities at every level of the operation.
